Perfect for families or golf enthusiasts, just minutes from the beach and entertainment. Relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories!
☆ 2nd floor walk-up villa (no elevator) with private balcony.
☆ Located within the Willow Bend community of Barefoot Resort and Golf and minutes from various restaurants, shops and family entertainment within Barefoot Landing.
☆ Beach chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, and cooler available in the balcony closet.
☆ Barefoot has four award-winning golf courses surrounding the resort.
☆ Free hourly beach shuttle from May - Sept.
☆ Three bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 allowed guests.
☆ Willow Bend pool steps away or the 15,000sf ionized North Tower pool overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway at the entrance to the resort.

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
☆ Stackable washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.
☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot. See house rules for dog breed restrictions.
☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.
☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
